Sean Farrell

Director of Asset Management

Sean joined Champion in 2022 as the Director of Asset Management. In this role, Sean is responsible for creating value and optimizing results for the multifamily and student housing real estate portfolio. Sean brings significant experience in all facets of asset management, including an extensive originations background. Sean received his undergraduate degree from Georgia Southern University.

Michael Wilson

Michael joined the team in 2019 as an Analyst for Champion Real Estate Company. His primary responsibilities include acquisitions, underwriting, data analysis, and market research. Additionally, Michael supports the company’s investor relations by managing the investor portal and assisting with investor communications and the fund-raising process. He holds a California Department of Real Estate Salesperson’s license and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Emory University.
