Bob Champion

Founder, CEO & Partner

Bob runs a family office that specializes in real estate investment with multiple business strategies. Under Bob’s leadership, the Champion platform has generated in excess of a 20 annual return (XIRR) to its investors over the past 20 years. Bob has a Master’s of Real Estate Development from USC where he also taught real estate investment, development, and urban planning for over 16 years. Bob is a nationally recognized speaker and has published numerous articles on real estate, the economy, and public policy.

Parker Champion

COO & Partner

Parker runs the daily operations while heading Champion’s high yield and value add cash flow investment activities. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Policy, Planning and Development and a Master in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California plus a California Real Estate Broker’s license. He is a member of the University of Southern California Los Angeles alumni network, the National Multi-family Housing Council, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Margie Champion

Co-Founder & Partner

Margie co-founded Champion real estate with her husband Bob in 1987. In the early years she acted as real estate broker on behalf of the company’s acquisitions, leasing and investment sale activities. As the company grew, Margie focused on the company’s brand and project designs. Most recently, she has assisted on the strategic planning for the company as it has transitioned from a focus on Retail to multi-family and, most recently, student housing.

Garrett Champion

Senior Vice President & Partner

Garrett joined the team in 2013 and heads the urban infill residential development activities consisting of multi-family, student housing, and mixed-use development. He is a graduate of the University of Hawai’i at Manoa, and received a Bachelor of Arts in History, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California. Garrett is an active participant with the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, the Hawai’i Alumni Association and the Urban Land Institute.

Christopher Wilson

Vice President, Partner

Business partner to Bob Champion since 1985, Chris heads Champion’s Investor Relations division and all retail investment activities. He was the founder and of Wilson Retail Group, the largest independent real estate brokerage firm focused on the retail sector in Southern CA. Chris graduated from the USC with a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration and received a Master in Business Administration from Pepperdine University. He holds a California Department of Real Estate Broker license and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
