David Hathaway

David joined Champion in 2022 as General Counsel. David previously worked as General Counsel at Rodeo Capital/Rodeo Lending and prior to that he was Assistant General Counsel and Senior Vice President at Bank of America. David is an experienced attorney in banking, finance and real estate transactions. David graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric, and he earned his JD from Loyola Law School.
