While many of our competitors are locked in to fixed timeframes on their investments, Champion is able to maximize wealth through a more flexible approach. Once a business plan has been executed on a particular asset, Champion analyzes current market conditions and financing options to determine how the asset can best generate wealth in the most tax-efficient manner:

If Champion believes an asset will generate above-market cash-on-cash returns, it holds on to the property and distributes cash flow from the stabilized asset.

Alternatively, Champion will seek out a new value-add investment and utilize a 1031 exchange of the asset to optimize tax benefits.
